My Ideal Doll VT - 18 was given to me in the mid 1980's from my Aunt who the doll was bought for when she was a child. It was not untill 2006 that my mother actually handed the doll to me at the age of 26. I have loved this doll ever since I was young. I am not sure which one I have. she is 18 inches tall, has strawberry blond hair that is pulled back, she has many outfits, with original stockings, and many shoes, even a rocking chair, I used to have a wooden bunk bed, that i was told belong to the doll, but over the years of use it had broke beyond repair. I have never played with my doll, and I am happy to say she is great shape, I plan on passing her on to my children some day. I would be evastated if something ever happened to her. The dress snapped in the back, and the doll wore red high heels. The doll was 10 1/2 inches tall so that it was a Little Miss Revlon Doll sold by Sears. Unfortunately, my doll was stolen just a few months after I bought it, and I would love to have one like it for my doll collection. Do you know if any toy company does re-makes?
